The dynamic washers have a wide range of applications and are perfect for special tasks (for cleaning heavily soiled plastics, e.g. post-agricultural foils, stadium artificial grass, shredded big-bags, peat packaging, fishing nets, packaging foils such as LLDPE, LDPE, HPE, PP). Capacity: up to 800 kg/h for film flakes and up to 1,600 kg/h for regrind material. Possible operation in a cascade system (tandem).
The dynamic washer is designed for washing shredded plastics in a form of flakes or regrinds. The machine allows the rolled-up fragments of shredded material (film) to be opened, cleaned, mineral impurities and paper labels (if any) to be removed.
