Working principal of Injection Molding Machine is to utilize the thermo-physical properties of the plastic by adding the material to the barrel from the hopper, outside cylinder of barrel is heated by heating coil which make the material melted in the barrel. The barrel is built with rotary screw driven by outside cylinder power oil motor. Under the function of screw, the material was transported forward and compacted along with the spiral groove. Under the dual function of external heating and screw shear, the material is gradually being plasticized and melted and homogenized. When the screw is rotating, under the function of spiral groove friction and shear force, the melted material is pushed to the head of the screw. At the meantime, screw move backward in the reaction with the screw, which make the screw head a material storage space, and the plasticizing process is complete. Afterward, under the thrust function of Injection cylinder piston rod, the material in the material storage space in the high-speed, high-pressure is injected through a nozzle into a mold cavity. The capacity of material in the cavity is packed, cooled and solidified in shape, under the function of mold clamping mechanism the mold is opened, and through the top of the device the shaped parts fall from the top of the mold.
