Our crushing machines have a wide range capacity which is spread out from 100 kg/hour capacity crushing machines to 3500 kg/hour crusher of heavy-duty. Efficient and smooth service; avoiding time consuming, labor-intensive work and energy through less easier and less maintenance, is the common design feature of all our crushing machines. The materials are broken with a scissor movement between positioning inverted rotary knives and fixed knives in our plastic crushing machines. In this case, burrs in equel size are obtained. This method also saves energy consumtion hile it reduces formation of noise and excessive heat that decreases quality of the crushed material.

The single rotor shtedder shreds waste such as plastic, nylon, bags and tires of various sizes. Due to the variability of the material used in the crushing process, the hydraulic pressure and the PLC control unit protect the machine against breakage. And it enables continuous operation with large capacity.

Circuler blades lined up on two rotors rotate in the opposite direction. Hook-shaped wings on circuler blades capture the material and draw it inwards. meanwhile, the material stuck between the blades in the opposite direction is broken by knives acting as scissors. The blades made of special alloy steel have low operating costs. Knife model and material is selected according to the type of material to be broken.

It is used to dry hard materials with burrs at high speed. Thanks to the specially designed rotor, the moisture level is reduced to 2%-5% depending on the type and size of the material. Thanks to the improved strainer design, easy cleaning and replacement is possible. With its low energy consumption, it makes a significant contribution to both the user and the environment.

Thanks to its high impact and friction capacity, the centrifuge has excellent performance in removing solid dirt on plastic. The horizontal centrifuge is produced in different sizes and systems depending on the type of plastic. It is also very effective in separating materials such as burrs and labels on plastic bottles. It is also very popular with its low power consumption.

Sink Float Tanks are used for washing and cleaning plastics in Washing Lines. Type of Sink Float Tank is chosen according to the type plastic. For floating plastics tanks that can transfer material on water are used, for sinking (heavy) plastics tanks with screws are used processing heavy plastics. Sink Float Tanks are equipped with screws to remove impurities and dirt from tanks automatically. Tanks are designed according to maximum cleaning and minimum loss method. Sink Float Tanks can be made of AISI 304 stainless stell or Carbon Stell. Operator platform ladder are standart, security covers over tank are optionel.
