Panjin Rester Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. is an enterprise specialized in the development and production of new macromolecule chlorinated polymer and a backbone enterprise of China s CPE industry. It was founded in 1998 and has been focusing on CPE products for more than 20 years. The company is located in Panjin, near Dalian seaport, which is convenient to arrange the export of goods. Rester is specialized in the production of chlorinated polyethylene series products including CPE 135A ( PVC toughness and impact of modified type), CPE 135B ( rubber type), and CPE 135C ( flame retardant ABS products type ). Rester has excellent technology, advanced equipment and many senior technicians. The production system, which has 50.000 tons annual production capacity, employs DCS automatic control to improve the quality of products and the control ability of safety production.
